CRUISE TO PETRA from Sharm El sheikh .The "Pink City" of Petra is a historical place that holds many mysteries. Due to its rich history, somewhat unrealistic beauty and excellent preservation of monuments, at the end of the last century, Petra was included in the UNESCO World Heritage List, and in 2007 was elected one of the new seven "wonders of the world."

itinerary:

We start gathering the group at Sharm El Sheikh hotels at about 3 o'clock in the morning. We leave for the port of Nuweiba, where we arrive at about 6:00.
Departure from the port of Nuweiba by ferry to the city of Aqaba at 07:30.
The journey by sea takes 1 hour. On the way, we admire a beautiful view of three countries at once - Israel (the city of Eilat), Jordan (Aqaba) and Saudi Arabia. We take great photos.
Arrival in Aqaba at 8:30
At 8.30 we arrive in Aqaba. On the Jordanian side you will be met by a Russian speaking guide who will accompany you around Jordan. On a comfortable bus equipped with air conditioning we go to Petra through the Wadi Rum desert.
* Upon reaching the place, we will go through a winding path through the Siq canyon, surrounded by pink rocks. The path along the canyon is 1200 meters.
* Behind one of the turns, we will see the view that so struck the Swiss Burchard in his time - the majestic El Khazna, carved into the rock. Shimmering with all shades of pink and red, El Khazna appears before travelers in all its splendor, opening the way to the mysterious Petra. Further, the gorge widens and reveals a mysterious ancient city. You will see a cave city carved into the rocks, mysterious religious buildings of antiquity (presumably the altars of the ancient gods), a majestic amphitheater that could accommodate up to 8 thousand spectators, a Byzantine church, Roman colonnades and much more.
Around 3 pm you are expected for lunch (included in the price of the tour).
Return to Aqaba, sightseeing tour of the city.
Departure from Aqaba to Nuweiba by ferry at 19:00 and then transfer to hotels (23:00)
